By browsing our website, booking an introductory strategy call, or engaging our client acquisition services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

Vroomvroom Solutions provides done-for-you B2B outbound prospecting, executive lead generation, and appointment setting services designed specifically for certified public accountants (CPAs), accounting practices, bookkeepers, and fractional CFO firms. Services include ideal client profile (ICP) research, copywriting, multi-channel executive outreach, qualification screening, and calendar appointment scheduling.

3. 30-Day "10 Qualified Calls" Guarantee Terms

Our performance guarantee is designed to align our incentives directly with partner success:

• Criteria for Qualified Appointment: A meeting counts as a qualified appointment when (a) the prospect is a verified executive or business owner, (b) the business meets the agreed revenue criteria ($1M+ annual revenue unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement), (c) has an active business requirement for advisory, fractional CFO, or proactive tax services, and (d) attends the consultation on your calendar.
• Guarantee Remedy: If our acquisition engine fails to deliver a minimum of 10 fully qualified appointments in your first 30 days of active outbound campaign delivery, you may request a 100% refund of our management retainer fee for that period.
• Partner Obligations: The guarantee is contingent on the client maintaining consistent calendar availability, attending scheduled consultations on time, and adhering to reasonable professional standards during prospect interactions.

4. Professional Standards & Compliance

We respect that accounting professionals operate under strict regulatory and ethical guidelines. All outbound communications and campaign copy created by Vroomvroom Solutions are designed to be strictly professional, consultative, and value-focused. We do not use deceptive marketing, false claims, or unsolicited spam tactics.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and interactive presentations, is the property of Vroomvroom Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any materials without our prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee the volume and qualification criteria of booked appointments under the terms of our specific guarantee, final sales conversion, client retention, and advisory delivery are within the sole discretion and execution of the client firm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vroomvroom Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
